UNITED NATIONS – Beijing stays dedicated to the reunification of Taiwan, Overseas Minister Wang Yi informed the Common Meeting on Saturday, saying that “solely when China is totally reunified can there be an actual peace within the Taiwan Strait”.
Warning of “separatist actions” in Taiwan, Wang stated any try and oppose China’s unification effort can be crushed by “the wheels of historical past”.
